Motorist Killed In South Jersey Crash

Police, firefighters and EMS crews were called to a fatal crash in Atlantic County, authorities said.

The crash occurred about 10 a.m. Friday on the 4400 block of South White House Pike in Mullica, according to initial reports.

By 10:30 a.m., the crash was confirmed as fatal and the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office had been called to the scene, reports said.

At 1 p.m., DOT still had the Pike closed in both directions, reports said. And Atlantic City Electric was replacing a utility pole.
